Shipping Policy
AD Formulations, LLC currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States.
- Carrier: We utilize standard carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Eligibility
We are committed to the quality of our formulations and want you to feel confident in your wellness journey. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund window.
If you find that a product does not meet your standards, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. For your convenience, we generally do not require you to physically return the opened bottle to receive a refund on your first distinct order.
Important Eligibility Rules:
To ensure fairness, our refund policy applies strictly to the first purchase of a specific product.
- One Refund Per Product: You are eligible for a refund on a specific formula only once.
- Final Sale on Re-orders: If you purchase the same product a second time, that transaction is considered final and non-refundable. It is assumed that by re-ordering, you were satisfied with the initial product.
Purchasing Multiple Units (Bulk Orders)
We strongly advise customers to test a single bottle of any new product to ensure it works for them before committing to a larger quantity.
Please be aware that orders containing 3 or more units of the same product may not be eligible for our standard refund guarantee.
- Return of Unopened Goods: In the case of a bulk purchase dispute, we reserve the right to require you to return all unopened bottles at your own expense before a refund is issued.
- Commitment: Purchasing in bulk signifies that you have already tested the product and approved of its suitability for your needs.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
While we protect your purchase of the product itself, any expedited shipping or handling fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the items only; any paid delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Undeliverable Shipments Policy
We strive to ensure every package arrives safely. However, shipments sometimes fail due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If a shipment is deemed “undeliverable” by the carrier, we offer two solutions:
- Reshipment: We can reship the package to a corrected address (e.g., your workplace or a family member’s home). To arrange this, please email contact@droconnor.com.
- Refund: If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund the cost of the products minus any shipping fees incurred.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow at least 3 business days for the funds to appear.

Refused Shipments
If a customer explicitly refuses delivery of a package, any shipping costs associated with that order are non-refundable. Any refund issued for a refused package will strictly exclude these delivery fees.
Cancellation Policy
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, which limits the time window for cancellations.
- Processing Stage: Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, it cannot be canceled. At this stage, the shipment is already in progress.
- Pre-Processing: If you contact us before the order reaches the warehouse, we are happy to issue a full refund.
