What if I want to cancel my order after I already placed the order and process the payment?

When will you ship out my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours. If the order is placed before 1 PM, it should be shipped out the same day.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles. Please contact our support team at support@droconnor.com within 30 days of receiving your order for instructions. Our customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return products.
How long will it take to get my package?
Once shipped, USA continental shipments can take 3-7 business days. Worldwide shipments can take up to 3-20 business days, depending on the shipping service you choose. During the holidays, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.
