Physician Formulated
All our products are formulated by Dr. O’Connor and are thoroughly researched and developed with you in mind by our team of scientists, engineers and specialists. No product or ingredient will ever be added to our products if it doesn’t meet our premium standards.
Laboratory
Testing
All of our products are professionally tested for contamination, adulteration, potency and performance. Our consumables and skincare products undergo micro testing and heavy metal analysis, and all products go through a sensory and quality analysis prior to release. Additionally, our products are tested at multiple stages during production and again after production for stability or failure analysis.

GMOs
A long-time advocate for genetically modified organisms (GMO) labeling and transparency, we believe that foods containing GMOs should be labeled as such; therefore, we do not certify our products with the traditional Non-GMO label. Instead, Dr. O’Connor uses its own GMO-Free badge as an indication that all of our products have gone through a rigorous process to guarantee that they are free from GMOs – even the cotton filling inside our glass supplement bottles is organic.

Ingredients
Our products are made without harmful fillers, preservatives and processing aids, such as magnesium stearate, artificial flavors and sweeteners, phthalates and polyethylene glycol. Whenever possible, we use Certified Biodynamic and Organic ingredients that are free of soy and gluten.

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours. If the order is placed before 1 PM, it should be shipped out the same day.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles. Please contact our support team at support@droconnor.com within 30 days of receiving your order for instructions. Our customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return products.
How long will it take to get my package?
Once shipped, USA continental shipments can take 3-7 business days. Worldwide shipments can take up to 3-20 business days, depending on the shipping service you choose. During the holidays, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.
